Business Inflation Expectations Inch Up in October

According to the Atlanta Fed's monthly business inflation expectations (BIE) survey, southeastern firms expect their unit costs to rise 1.8 percent over the next 12 months. Respondents also anticipate unit costs to rise by 2.9 percent per year over the next five to 10 years.
